These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the game Worlds (“the Game”), operated by Roadside Games LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or playing Worlds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Game. By using the Game, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Worlds requires an account to access online features. You agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Online Multiplayer & Backend Services

Worlds is an online multiplayer game and uses GD-Sync for cloud saves, account identification, and progress synchronization.

You acknowledge that online functionality may require an internet connection, server availability is not guaranteed at all times, and data may be processed by third-party services.

5. Ads, In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Advertising: The Game displays advertisements via Google AdMob.

In-App Purchases: The Game may offer digital items, features, or currency for purchase. Purchases are licensed to you (not sold), may have no real-world monetary value, and are final except where required by law.

Subscriptions: If subscriptions are offered, they may renew automatically unless cancelled through your platform provider (e.g., Google Play). Terms and pricing are shown at purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Disrupt servers or services, or attempt to bypass security.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Worlds (including code, artwork, audio, and logos) is owned by Roadside Games LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Right to Suspend, Modify, or Withdraw the Game

Roadside Games LTD reserves the right to modify, update, remove features, suspend servers, terminate accounts, or withdraw/discontinue the Game (temporarily or permanently) at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

You acknowledge that online games and services are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely, and progress or virtual items may be lost if the Game is discontinued.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Game, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may request account deletion via our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for loss of data, progress, or virtual items. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Disclaimer

Worlds is provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or outcomes from gameplay.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
