Such content is provided for use within the relevant Game and does not represent real-world money or property.
Unless expressly permitted by a Game, virtual items and currency may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the Game.
We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or adjust virtual content where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, gameplay balance, or other operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within our Games, including software, source code, artwork, graphics, characters, animations, audio, music, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Roadside Games LTD or its respective licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You acknowledge that online Games and services are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Changes or discontinuation may result in the loss of access to certain features, progress, or virtual items, subject to applicable consumer rights.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to a Game or account if:
- You breach these Terms.
- You engage in cheating, fraud, or abuse.

You may stop using our Games at any time.
Where a Game supports account registration and account deletion, you may request deletion through the relevant account or data deletion facilities provided by Roadside Games, including our account management page where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roadside Games LTD shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Games.
We do not guarantee that our Games will always operate without interruption, errors, or technical issues.
We are not responsible for loss of progress, virtual items, or data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, device issues, or service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Disclaimer
Our Games are provided for entertainment purposes.
While we aim to maintain and improve our Games, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
